The venue will also feature a dedicated relaxation area that isperfect for connecting and unwinding!

We invite creators and religious communities from around the world who wish to participate as vendors to submit their registration via email to ruta.s@wacomvilnius.org. Kindly ensure your application includes the following details:

• The official name of your organisation
• Contact information, including country of origin
• Website or social media links (if available)
• Photographs and/or mock-ups of the products you intend to offer for sale

The fair will take place 7–12 June 2026 at the Church of the Ascension (Monastery of Missionaries), at Subačiaus g. 28, Vilnius.

During the WACOM, 24 trading stands will be set up in the space of the Church of the Ascension of the Lord (Missionary) in Vilnius, each equipped with tables (table size 1 x 2 m), lighting, and a joint relaxion area, as well as the possibility to watch the event’s live broadcast.

The symbolic fee for a stand (a table) for all trading days is 100 EUR.

• Thousands of pilgrims and city guests: The event is expected to welcome 5,000 participants from all over the world.
• The Divine Mercy theme: The fair especially welcomes products, publications, and symbols that reflect faith, prayer, the Divine Mercy message and devotion, and Vilnius ‒ the City of Mercy.
• International audience: A unique opportunity to show your creativity and community activities to a global network of believers.
• Long-lasting connections: Opportunities for collaboration with other communities and faith-based organisations from various countries.
• Contributing to a special event: Make your mark on a truly special occasion – join this global gathering in Vilnius and create memories that will resonate with participants long after the event.

After purchasing your Congress ticket, you will need to complete the participant registration form. At the end of the form, in the “Accommodation” section, you can select the option “I would like to request a homestay with a local host family.” Once your request is received, the organizers will review the possibilities and, in exceptional cases, may arrange accommodation with local host families in Vilnius.

The possibility of staying with local host families depends on availability and the number of families offering accommodation. Participants are encouraged to consider other accommodation options in Vilnius as well.
