To participate in the Congress, you must:

1. Fill in the registration form (for individual participants or groups).
2. Pay the participation fee.

Once both steps have been completed, you will be issued with a Participant Ticket, which will be sent to you by email.

• If you are attending the entire event – fill in here
• If you are attending only part of the event days – fill in here

Registration steps:

1. Select the number and type of tickets.
2. Fill in the registration form (one form per ticket).
3. Pay the participation fee.
4. You will receive your Participant Ticket by email.

Registration steps:

1. The group leader fills in the group registration form.
2. The group leader will receive the invoice for the participation fee by email.
3. Once the payment is received, the Participant Tickets will be sent to the group leader by email.
4. The group leader will receive a link to the individual registration form, which must be completed by each group member.

For the entire event (7–12 June 2026) – €250

If attending only part of the days:

• €30 per day (first and/or last day)
• €60 per day (other days)

The participation fee covers the full programme, a participant’s welcome bag, lunch and dinner (except: first day – dinner only; last day – lunch only).
